Auchentenavil Chalet No. 4

Property Description

The chalet is situated in a quiet location on the south side of Tayvallich Bay, just a few minutes walk from the village and provides accommodation for up to 6 people. It has a secluded fenced off garden with private access down to the shore and parking for 2 cars.

The accommodation comprises:-

Sitting room with new double sofa bed and two armchairs, pine dining table & 4 chairs, T.V/DVD player, patio doors to wooden veranda which has steps leading down into the garden, patio furniture and BBQ. The laminate flooring extends into the kitchen area.

Modern fitted kitchen (in alcove off lounge) with built in electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, ample storage cupboards. Well equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils etc.

Bathroom with wash hand basin, w.c, bath with instant shower above, heated towel rail.

Two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds).

One double duvet and two single duvets are provided with pillows.There is a further double duvet in one of the wardrobes for the sofa bed if required. Visitors are asked to provide their own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels.

There are portable electric heaters in each room and water is heated by an electric immersion heater. There is a new washing machine in the basement.

Well behaved dogs are welcome and a charge of £10 per animal per stay will be made. We request that guests do not smoke in the chalet.
