There is a beautiful patio area with furniture allowing you to sit and relax in this idyllic location, hidden away from the rest of the world! The property benefits from an open fire in addition to the oil fired central heating and there is ample private off road parking

Facilities

Knap Cottage comfortably sleeps up to 4 people and comprises 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. There is a large lounge with open fire and outstanding views across the bay, feature hallway, dining area, well equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a shower over the bath. There patio area is equipped with seating, a table and parasol, allowing you to relax and enjoy the fantastic views.

The property has oil fired central heating plus an open fire, cooking is by electricity with the kitchen being equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc. The lounge contains a widescreen television with Freeview and DVD, a CD player and selection of books and games are also available. There is also a telephone for incoming calls.

The rental includes:
+ All bedding, bed linen, and towels.
+ Electricity, heating oil, and an initial supply of fuel for the open fire (more is
available locally).

We are happy to accommodate one small well-behaved dog.
